Instructions for Presenters
Speakers are requested to be in their respective session
rooms at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of
each session.
The duration of a Keynote Presentation is 45 minutes
including 40 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of
Q&A.
The duration of a Invited presentation is 30 minutes including 25 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.
The regular presentation is 15 minutes including 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A.
We would appreciate if all presenters can adhere
strictly to this time limit.
Presentation must be carried our using Microsoft
PowerPoint or PDF. No slide projectors will be made
available.
Speakers should being there presentation materials in a
thumb-drive and upload the files 20 minutes prior to the
session beginning.
Instructions for Poster
The duration of each poster is 5 minutes of brief
introduction. The posters will be assigned in the
specific conference rooms. Poster presenters are
requested to transfer the home-made posters to the
onsite staff 30 minutes prior to the commencement of
each poster session.
At least one author should be present for each poster
during the poster session.
The poster can be prepared according to the Poster
Template (Download).
Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award
One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from
each session and the Award will be announced at the end
of each session.
Dress Code
Please wear formal clothes or national representative of
clothing.
Disclaimer
Along with your registration, you will receive your name
tag, which must be worn when attending all conference
sessions and activities. Participants without a name tag
will not be allowed to enter the conference venue.
Please do not lend your name tag to the persons who are
not involved in the conference and do not bring the
irrelevant persons into the conference venue. The
conference organizers cannot accept liability for
personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property
belonging to conference participants, either during, or
as a result of the conference. Please check the validity
of your own insurance.
Badge Policy
Access to all ICDTE activities will be allowed
only to people wearing ICDTE 2023 badges.
Considering the personal and property security of all
ICDTE attendees, please keep track of your badge and
make sure you bring it each day, and do NOT borrow to
any others or take others into conference area. Our
policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges.
If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a
new registration at the current on-site rates.
If you don’t need the badge any more, please return it
back to our registration desk.
Organizer will not provide accommodation, so the delegates are suggested to make early reservation.
