Assoc. Prof. Mischelle Asi Esguerra

Lyceum of the Philippines University, Philippines

Dr. Mischelle A. Esguerra is the Director of the Academic Center at Lyceum of the Philippines University–Batangas, where she leads initiatives in digital learning, educational technology, and academic innovation. She earned her Doctor in Information Technology and holds a Master of Information Systems from the University of the Philippines Open University. A Microsoft Education Ambassador, Microsoft Certified Educator, and Microsoft Office Specialist, she has extensive experience in learning management systems, digital transformation, faculty development, and technology-enhanced teaching and learning. Her research interests include educational technology, digital transformation in higher education, blockchain applications, artificial intelligence in education, and emerging learning technologies. She has actively contributed to international academic conferences as a technical committee member, session chair, conference organizer, and speaker, supporting collaboration and innovation in computing and education.

Assoc. Prof. Melody R. Dimaano

Lyceum of the Philippines University, Philippines

Dr. Melody R. Dimaano is an Associate Professor at the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, where she instructs research and capstone project courses in the Graduate School. Bringing over two decades of professional expertise in higher education, organizational development, and academic leadership, she previously served as Department Chairperson for the BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, and BSCS Data Science programs. Her research interests encompass computer science education, data analytics, and public management, with scholarly contributions published in Scopus-indexed journals. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MS in Computer Science, and a Master’s in Development Management. A Certified Microsoft Education Ambassador, ICDL-certified professional, and national TESDA skills competition-winning coach, Dr. Dimaano actively serves as a regional trainer for high school educators across CALABARZON and MIMAROPA, driving academic advancement and technical excellence in computing disciplines.
